The Rising Sakura Brigade is a violent anti-foreigner and traditionalist movement that seeks to restore the Emperor and traditional Japanese culture within Japan, along with the destruction of cybernetic enhancements, of what they call "demonic". Worrying that the Japanese nation, will lose their distinctive cultural heritage "rootless cosmopolitans", many people joined the movement to restore Japan as a world power and eventual "real empire" once again.
