The Cofano Model is a Verison of Cooperative Socialism, In which Coop run by the Workers which the state gave them the right to. workplaces are mostly independent from other workplaces and there isn’t a market system.
== The Original Text ==
“ I believe in an a Illyrian model type of market socialism, we’re the workers own there work place with a council of the workers, But the state Owns the workplace of the workers but The workers have more a say in there workplace has the Government just makes sure no one person in the workplace gets to much power, I am also opposed to Stock Socialism, has Stock socialism which is workers owning stocks of the company is inherently not socialist, So i call this the Cofano Model, which is my idea of market socialism, which is The  Illyrian Model, but with State ownership in the since that the government makes sure no corruption, no One powerful person, and no stocks has that is inherently not socialist. Following up on the state ownership of the companies there will a Ministry that deals with companies and the markets has heavy regulations” - Luke Hood
