| * Every real life day (Starting at 09:30 US Central Time) is simulated as a year in Nations of the World.

| * All FreePCB users are able to change the political ideology of any nation they like, as long as it isn't spam.

| * FreePCB users are not allowed to move or remove nations from the list below, however.
| |
| * For nations already on the map, users do NOT need to comment to add their desired parties.
| |
| * However, users can now rent one nation at a time. Renting a nation will last for 72 hours, and rented nations will only be able to be edited by the user that rented the nation. After the renting period has elapsed, the former renter can still edit the nation, but the nation will once again be subject to other users editing the information and borders. Additionally, users will have to wait an additional 72 hours until they can rent again.
