The UTUBETROLLPOLICE (short for UTTP) is a police organization that is particularly active on various social media platforms, mainly by Google, that attempts to investigate trolls and troll groups on the internet

The UTTP, aka UTubeTrollPolice, was created in 2010 by a member of a hacking group named Ares that was rivals with another hacker group. Ares would later be known as PurpleHelmetAvenger. People joining the UTTP were given targets by Tommy Parky (a fictional character controlled by PHA) that were members of the rival hacking group. UTTP served it's purpose to distract the rival hacking group until the hackers that created UTTP won the turf war. PHA (still known as Ares) handed the group to someone named southparkstudiosable and left. After the UTTP started to stray away. Anti-trolling became trolling until trolling became cyberbullying. Anti-UTTP videos were being created. That's when Ares created the YT account PurpleHelmetAvenger to fight the UTTP. Most of the bugs and exploits he used were still there so he used them to fight UTTP. In 2013 Stephen, Jesse, and Ronald joined UTTP. Jesse is still active but Ronald never comes on and Stephen was defeated in 2016. Jesse and Ronald took a break in early 2015 leaving only Stephen. That's when UTTP shifted from a cyberbullying group to an anti-fandom group. More people joined under Stephen's rule. PHA later infliltrated UTTP and convinced people to ditch Stephen. It worked, and a High Council was formed on July 5th 2015. Stephen refused to accept starting a civil war. It finally ended in February 2016 with Stephen getting in trouble with the police. UTTP is now once again an anti-troll organization owned by the High Council.

On May 19th of 2015, the UTTP had threatened to take down the Fan Fandom on Google+, despite not being on YouTube. The Fandom did not take this threat lightly, and thus, a flame war began. This incident also confirms that the UTTP no longer considers the VGCP a major threat.

On May 19th of 2015, the UTTP had threatened to take down the Fan Fandom on Google+, despite not being on YouTube. The Fandom did not take this threat lightly, and thus, a flame war began. This incident also confirms that the UTTP no longer considers the VGCP a major threat.
