Dwarfocracy is a joke ideology that believes the shortest person in a country should rule.
Personality
Dwarfocracy is extremely short, with a measly height of only 1 inch tall. Dwarfocracy loves playing limbo, as you have to either be extremely short or extremely flexible to win. Dwarfocracy is the enemy of 
Giantocracy.
How to Draw
- Draw a tiny circle
- Divide the circle into 3 vertical sections
- Fill the left and right sections with orange
- Draw the number 5 in the middle section (for the joke that anyone under 6 feet is short)
- Add the eyes and you are done!
