Necrocracy is an ideology that is ruled by a deceased former leader. An example of a necrocracy is in North Korea and historically the Inca Empire.

Personality

Necrocracy can be portrayed as a zombie and acts as one, having a taste for brains and runs for the other ideologies.

Necrocracy can also be portrayed dead, which doesn't do anything, considering it's dead.

How to Draw

Draw a ball.
Fill in with green.
Draw a white circle.
Draw a black skull.
Draw a left eye, which is partially closed.
Draw a right eye, which is hanging out of it's eyehole.
