Marksoc believes that while the workers should own the means of production like most usual types of socialism but yet believes that large-scale economic planning should take place and goods and services by worker-owned co-ops should be provided on a free market in which they're free to fail and succeed. Market Socialists usually believe in some form of Welfare state to go alongside this system, but this is not necessarily required and it's theoretically possible to have a nigh-Laissez-Faire form of Market Socialism.
