Vistulism is the ideology of Mari after he decided Anarchism is unrealistic for the goals he wishes to achieve. He now accepts a government to protect the people and regulate a model of market socialism where the market is composed of workers cooperatives and all workers cooperatives have an "implied contractual relationship with the public" as wanted in Guild Socialism.

The form of market interference Vistulism wishes for is the regulation of products, in order to ensure their quality and that they follow legislation (e.g. allergy legislation so clear display of ingredients for food). Vistulism also wishes for protectionist trade policies to empower a more self-sufficient Britain although he does believe that high levels of imports are still needed due to how unrealistic full self-sufficiency is.

To rid the British electorate of governments which utilise such disgusting strategies like populist wank, Vistulism wishes for a form of technocratic democracy in which candidates are chosen by the public but people must be fit for the job in order to register as a candidate. He also wants to abolish the bicameral system in favor of a unicameral approach with the supreme legislature as the "House of Technocrats". (He is still not 100% certain on this part meaning changes are to come.)
