Mediacracy
Mediocracy, or explicitly Rule by the Mediocre is a form of government where a class of mediocre individuals are more dominant in society.
Personality
Judging from it's name, they're mediocre and will always called that way.
How to Draw
- Draw a ball.
- Fill in with blue.
- Draw a white triangle pointing up, but not all the way up to the ball.
- Draw (what symbol? probably a crown) on the ball.
- Draw in the eyes.
