1560
- 13.06. - Kind Dorian III. introduces the Radinian Name Reform. The Reform stipulates that the names of every city, town or estate in Radinia, as well as all the land held by the crown, shall be changed to fit the Modern Radinian language. It also forces Ethnic Minorities to adopt Radinian naming conventions for their children. Parliament disagrees with the law, but with the help of Secundus Aelius, the King forces it to pass anyway. This not only enrages cultural conservatives, local patriots, Zeismarkians and Breikians, but also the nobles, who feel they are being progressively disempowered by Dorian III. and Aelius.
- 24.06. - Emporian Troop movements along the Radinian border make the King believe a war is imminent, despite the fact that the Emporian Army had notified the Radinian Parliament of their intentions to perform training weeks ahead. When the king tries to order a preemptive strike into Emporia, parliament nearly unitarily votes against it. The Emporian King and Queen take notice of this development.
- 21.08. - Workers and traders in the town of Spitzenkamm () begin their „permanent protest“ against the King and the government.
- 10.10. - King Dorian III. and parliament agree to send RRA troops to stop the protest in Spitzenkamm.
- 12.10. - General Trient van Deeren and his troops arrive at Spitzenkamm. They start to interfere with the protest, sometimes beating and even killing protesters, but can not get the situation under control immediately. Can Deeren decides to seize the city from its council, letting his soldiers hang the mayor for supposed treason.
- 12.10. - 20.10. - „The Black Week of Spitzenkamm“. With the town under military occupation, more and more people get threatened, arrested, beaten, tortured and killed by the RRA. Van Deeren, having gotten a letter from Aelius to send a threat to other Anti-Government movements, conducts a massacre on the 20th, killing ca. 4.000 civilians in total.
- 21.10. - The first messages of the massacre, carried mostly by Mounted Messengers, spread all throughout Radinia. In Zeismark, the ZSU is notified particularly early due to their use of telegraphy, but it does not take long for the WRRA and the government in Rados to hear of it.
- 01.11. - After days of political squabbling, parliament decides to condemn Van Deeren. This decision is immediately annulled by the King and Aelius, who both have no interest in condemning a top general with troops on Royal Land, especially because Aelius caused the massacre. Multiple Parliamentarians resign in protest, including one Krine of Grelst, Ruler of Valten-Halbmarsch.
