Necrocracy is an ideology that is ruled by a deceased former leader. An example of a necrocracy is in North Korea and historically the Inca Empire.
Personality
Necrocracy can be portrayed as a zombie and acts as one, having a taste for brains and runs for the other ideologies.
Necrocracy can also be portrayed dead, which doesn't do anything, considering it's dead.
How to Draw
- Draw a ball.
- Fill in with green.
- Draw a white circle.
- Draw a black skull.
- Draw a left eye, which is partially closed.
