Plutocracy is a form of government that is lead by the rich and wealthy. Unlike other ideologies such as 
Democracy, 
Fascism, or 
Liberalism, Plutocracy doesn't seem to have any unironic, established theory for it, similarly to 
Kakistocracy.
History
Despite this however, it has been systems similar to Plutocracy has been practiced in some instances, such as the Roman Empire to more modern examples, such as London, or the United States, according to some critics.
