Lipostocracy, or the Rule of the Fat, is an ideology that believes the fattest person in society should rule.
Lipostocracy is practiced by many people in the USA, as more than a third of the US population is obese.
Variants
Heart Attack Grill
The Heart Attack Grill is an American restaurant created by John Basso that is currently located in Las Vegas that serves extremely unhealthy food. The Heart Attack Grill also has a policy where anyone who weighs more than 350 pounds get served food for free. The Heart Attack Grill is controversial, however, as there have been many cases of people that have died from actual heart attacks due to their food as well as the 350 pound policy. Despite the controversies and the fact that the restaurant has killed many people, the Heart Attack Grill still remains operational to this day.
The Heart Attack Grill has "nurses" as waitresses and "doctors" as waiters to fit the theme of the restaurant being dangerous. Additionally, the nurses/doctors will spank anyone who does not finish their gargantuan meal.
Nikocado Avocado Thought
Nikocado Avocado is a Ukrainian-American YouTuber who became famous for doing "mukbang" challenges, where he would eat a gargantuan portion of food every video. While Nikocado Avocado had a healthy lifestyle before he made a career on YouTube, he quickly became morbidly obese due to the fame and clout he was receiving on YouTube. Nikocado Avocado is currently still active on YouTube today.

Lipostocracy is extremely fat, and can be seen eating at McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, or any other restaurant. He absolutely hates vegetables, claiming it's rabbit food, and also hates anyone who makes fun of his weight or even encourages them to make better life habits.
