Kakistocracy, or Rule of the Stupid, is an ideology that believes the least qualified or competent should rule. While very few ideologies are intentionally kakistocratic, many rulers throughout history have been incompetent or have discouraged intellectualism.
Personality
Kakistocracy acts like a stereotypical toddler. Kakistocracy absolutely hates "nerds" (smart people) and "cooties." (women)
