History
When the main countries of the world started collapsing the consequent economic crisis caused the collapse of the Ethiopian state, in the chaos caused Eritrea and Djibouti followed suit (Somalia was still a warlord mess). In this situation DDDRotom, a spaniard who tried to join the new pan-iberian government in portugal and was exiled for being too much of a revisionist, casually exiled himself to that region, and allying with a few socialist and other guerrillas, his troops swiftly took by force and negotiation the lands of the old Ethiopia. The provisional government of horn of Africa was declared, and monopolizing on the situation on the neighbour countries and propelled by pan-nationalism the recently organized african-horn army marched onto eritrea, djibouti and most of Somalia. Simultaneouly The pirate republic invaded the coast of Somalia triggering the Hornian-Pirate war. The war ended after a few skirmishes with an armistice and a later peace-treaty. During the Hornian-Pirate war the Kenyan government collapsed under similar circumstances to that of Ethiopia and the african-horn army marched in. After the solidification of the state The union of the African-horn collectives was proclaimed based on the principles of Collective federalism. DDDRotom was made first president for 4 years until the first elections of the country, when he retired and a new government akin to the ideas of DDDRotom was elected.

Diplomacy
Nigeria
The Federal Republic of Nigeria is a utopian neoliberal paradise that embraces elements from both old and new neoliberalism.
The Federal Republic of Nigeria embraces a form of the Great Reset, where all nations that don't support its ideology gets removed from history. The Federal Republic of Nigeria also supports extreme luxury for the upper classes. Even though the Federal Republic of Nigeria is culturally far-left and is globalistic, it still supports a system where in order to participate in politics, you have to be wealthy or white.

The country is a federation of the Niger and Aïr regions, headed by the General Mining Party of Niger and Aïr after the peaceful revolution of 2029 following the collapse of France. The economy of Niger is largely state-owned and focuses on the export of radioactive materials to foreign states which require it for nuclear power and weapons. File:.png East African Corporate Authority
For more info see: PCBaller_World/East_African_Corporate_Authority
The East African Corporate Authority was founded by the primarily Chinese Companies investing into Africa in the Territories of former Tanzania. As they lost both backing from their Governments in the Homeland as well as in Africa directly in the Aftermath of the Apocalypse, the Corporations sought to create a new Government to secure their Assets, Property and Profits. The Cooperation between the Corporations mimicked the Construction of the Saint Petersburg Moscow railway in that it relied on mutual cooperation forced by adverse Circumstances. And while most Companies tried to implement Loopholes into the new State to get ahead of their Competitors, such Attempts where crushed by the other Companies.
After the East African Corporate Authority was able to secure the Region, many People immigrated from the instable and underdeveloped Parts of Africa in Hope for Security and a Job, while prosecuted Intellectuals and ethnic cleansing Refugees, especially German ones, from Europa fled there too. This Forced the Corporate Technocratic Government to utilize a Policy of Interculturalism with assimilationist Tendencies, one that was assimilating the Natives into a European corporate Culture with Asian Characteristics in Retrospective. These European Refugees where often highly specialised and educated and diversified the Economy, which, due to the de facto Collapse of global Trade, couldn't relay on an imperial Economy to generate Prosperity.
This Wave of Refugees also contained one crazy Biochemist from Germany, who got very entangled in the political System and was crucial in ridding the Government of any corporate Nepotism and Regulations imposed by the Corporations in mutual Agreement while abolishing intellectual Property and implementing a Tax on Ground Value. This Tax was, however, not 100% due to the important Part mining played in the Economy in these earlier Stages of Development.
