The Federal Republic of Benvaska currently has 5 political parties: the Federal Party, the Liberal Party, the Popular Party, the Conservative Party, and the Christian Democratic Party. The leader of the Federal Republic of Benvaska is Enver Balmaceda Ríos. Enver Balmaceda Ríos has been in power for one year and belongs to the Federal Party, a protectionist, conservative progressive, and center-left to center-authoritarian party.

The Federal Republic of Benvaska currently has a strong and authoritarian government, mainly because there are many supporters of the recently abolished absolutist monarchy of Carlos Kenneth Chudwell. In the Federal Republic of Benvaska, the death penalty is allowed and is applied to traitors and others.

Since the monarchy was abolished, people have lived forty percent more securely because the police abuse authorized by the monarchy has been eliminated.[1]

Since King Carlos Kenneth Chudwell was assassinated by revolutionaries,[2] a process of dechristianization began, leading to the demolition of statues dedicated to priests, monarchs, or clergy,[3] and statues depicting angels such as the Archangel Michael now wear a Phrygian cap and have been renamed “The Angels of the Revolution,” in reference to the 1796 revolution where King Carlos Kenneth Chudwell was shot in the stomach.[4] Currently, Benvaska is a Federal Republic with Direct Democracy

Emily Leading the People

During the Revolution, the artist Ferdinand-Victor-Eugène Delacoconucroix painted "Emily Leading the People" on September 17, 1797. On October 20, 1797, Emily was adopted as a symbol of the Republic, becoming an allegorical figure, personification, and one of the national symbols of the Federal Republic of Benvaska.

On January 24, 1798, a massive statue of Emily was erected outside the National Assembly of the People. The enormous statue of Emily is located in San Valeríntico.

National Assembly of the People

The National Assembly of the People is a massive building located in San Valeríntico, where important votes take place that affect the course of the Federal Republic of Benvaska. This majestic building, with its tall columns and imposing dome, stands as the epicenter of direct and federal democracy in this nation in the year 1796.

People's representatives, elected through universal suffrage, gather in this imposing structure to discuss and vote on crucial matters ranging from the economy to military issues. The atmosphere within the National Assembly of the People is charged with political fervor, where federal factions passionately debate their visions for the future of Benvaska.

The main hemicycle, with its rows of seats arranged in a semicircle, witnesses intense debates and fiery speeches. The federals, guided by the pursuit of equality and social justice, defend their ideals with passion, while other factions seek to balance power and ensure stability in tumultuous times.

The Assembly's president, a prominent federal leader, stands at the podium to preside over sessions, maintain order, and give voice to representatives from all regions of Benvaska. The decisions made in this chamber will resonate far and wide across the Republic, shaping the course of the nation at a crucial moment in its history.

Political Parties

Federal Party

See also: Federal Party of Benvaska.

The Federal Party of Benvaska is a center-left to center-authoritarian political party. It is the largest party in Benvaska[5]. Its president is Ernest Lavalier, the revolutionary who led the 1796 Revolution and killed King Carlos Kenneth Chudwell[2].

Federal Party

The Federal Party is considered a nationalist, revolutionary, paternalistic conservative, progressive conservative, welfare-oriented, anti-reactionary, and anti-capitalist party based on the principles of the Enlightenment.

The Federal Party promotes the idea of popular power and ochlocracy, making it a populist and ochlocratic party.

The Federal Party began in 1789 as an underground group that started protesting during the regime of Carlos Kenneth Chudwell. In 1790, they achieved their first goal: turning the monarchy into a constitutional monarchy. This improved things, but by 1792, there was a shortage of food and other issues, leading to a massive protest in 1794. Carlos Kenneth Chudwell did not yield and returned to absolute monarchy.

Then, in 1796, a revolution against Carlos Kenneth Chudwell occurred at three in the morning. Ernest Lavalier shot him in the stomach as he left the bar, causing Carlos Kenneth Chudwell's death a day later.
