Civic Nationalismball clipped to CivNat, also called Cultural Nationalism although you could argue it's a seperate concept.
CivNat believes that nationhood is based on common values of the people within the nation, which usually manifest themselves in the country's constitution. And such Civic Nationalism believes the primary pillar of citizenship.
Personality
Civic Nationalism's behaviour isn't very much different from the behaviour of Normal Nationalism. Although in certain contexts he could be portrayed as a "bit of a cuck" to foreigners as a criticism by from Ethnic Nationalists.
How to Draw
Civ Nat is Nat with 
Liberalismball colors.
- Draw a ball and fill it with blue (#006aa7).
- In the ball draw a gold flag (#ffd700).
- Add the eyes and you're done!
