The UTUBETROLLPOLICE (short for UTTP) is a internet legion created by Tommy Parky, that is particularly active on various social media platforms, mainly by Google, that attempts to investigate trolls and troll groups on the internet
History

On May 19th of 2015, the UTTP had threatened to take down the Fan Fandom on Google+, despite not being on YouTube. The Fandom did not take this threat lightly, and thus, a flame war began. This incident also confirms that the UTTP no longer considers the VGCP a major threat.
Anti-Fandom
During gachafall, the UTTP was briefly dominated by members of a group known as the Anti fandom front until being overthrown sometime 2021.
GachaFall
On July 1st, 2020, Sherbase12, the leader of the UTUBETROLLPOLICE's doxxers and co-leader of the UTTP, started doxxing and hacking Gacha channels. Gachafall would start the sherbase generation of alphabet groups. This sparked the creation of many groups similar to the UTTP such as the YFGA and caused many smaller scale conflicts between alphabet groups, such as the war between YFGA and ALGG, which started sometime at 2020 and ended near 2021.
UTTP Civil War
After Gachafall, the UTTP would enter a civil war between AFF and Regular UTTP members. the war was initially caused by price and warlord banning a ton of people from NWO. he unbanned SBK but kept everyone else banned despite the drama being over. in response, the SBK side launched multiple raids on the AFF discord servers
UTTP VS Youtube Shorts
Starting in late december 2023, The UTTP intervened in one of their biggest conflicts yet, They took on and exposed newer content creators and some popular YouTube Shorts creators like Danno Cal Draws. This prompted a lot of people to make videos about them. Including Danno himself who decided to implement them into the ARG "Shorts Wars". In The Shorts Wars ARG, the UTTP are bots/associates created by/work for The Boss and Clone Riggy (otherwise known as "Preston"), two antagonists in the ARG to pester Danno, Riggy, and other content creators known to be participating in Shorts Wars.
