Freedom of speech
First and foremost, he believes that the state has no right to limit an individuals freedom of speech or assembly, and dus the freedom to protest. Seen how many moderna-day "liberal" states like Canada, California and Sweden are in reality authoritarian progressive, he believes that such laws as incitement, hate speech and bans on conversion therapy should not exist.
Employment
The government shall not create laws which should prevent employers from not hiring/firing someone based on sexual orientation, race or any other factors except gender identity. It should be largely up to the business owner whom they can and can't employ.
The Nordic flexicurity system developed by The Social Democrats in Denmark shall provide decent assistance to the recently unemployed by providing them with payments equal to their previous monthly pay, while they search for a new place of work. This is whats called social security. It, combined with a free labour market will be able to insure employment flexibility both for the workers and their bosses.
