Toxic Positivitists might want to act like this is just "meaningless doomer nihilist cringe" but thats because they don't want to admit to themselves how hopeless it is for the world. Humanity is fucked. Political radicals almost always thinks that if we can get the right people in office or the right system in then things will be better but every time it is ran in a way that makes it just like the same oppressive systems they claimed to rebel against. It is because no matter what or who is in power they come from the same fucked society and human mindset we came from. The human condition has made us slaves with no easy means of escape. That ontop of how the world is most certainly going to if not end for us, be in a near apocalyptic state where life is nearly unbearable, yet toxic positivitists tend to ignore or downplay it and act as if either individual solutions and comforts can solve worldwide problems, or that we should focus all our time on another human from the same establishment to be the basis of our time in politics... Fuck humanity, and Fuck hope.

- If you can't read a couple paragraphs then you only confirm my point that humanity is fucked.
Template:UserIooootheanarchist - Stop being such a cringe doomer, humanity is awesome and having hope is just the optimal thing to do, imagine having only one life and wasting it just crying about the sadness around you, very spooked
- Your love for humanity is noble, and a positive mindset and understanding that humanity can change for the better is admirable, however that being said, such attitude overtaking and silencing those that point out the inherent injustices of human kind reeks of toxic positivity and a voice of the naïve and priveledged. In fact I would even say the "nihilist doomer cringelords" and loving of the world and humanity than you because they know the many ways in which the world has beauty yet because of its flaws can be so much better and should be strived for yet nobody seems to want to make such a world possible due to their own self-destructive nature. Only a toxic positivist would say that me stating the obvious is me "whining and saying we should give up", I am not, that is an intentional misunderstanding of what I am advocating for, in fact, on the contrary, that should be an even greater warning of how dire things are how radical change NEEDS to happen soon, if not right now even if it is most likely hopeless. Sorry if you can't admit the obvious to yourself and how often the toxic nature that is inherent to humanity and that its own self-destructive nature and desire to say in comfort rather than stand up for what will save them at risk of being outcasted will be what leads to their ultimate demise. There is a reason capitalists love collecting as much money as possible, usually they think that whatever money they have will make them transcend death, ironically enough it will be the desire for long-term survival of a few that will effectively doom us as a species, this is not just a capitalist problem either. We continue to stand idle when the world may very well end, despite a few peaceful protests it is clear that our governments do not care and the fact that nobody is willing to make the call to rise up in revolt against this injustice is the greatest sin of all far greater than to Italian citizens becoming complacent to fascism taking over and killing innocents, or Germans not caring when their regime kills millions of innocent minorities, or white Americans not caring as the state commits literal war crimes and genocide. You can act like it is all the acts of a few government aristocrats but we all know average people are just as guilty and that toxic humanity, injustice and oppression is present in nearly all aspects of our lives. If you think that makes me advocate for "giving up" then quite frankly you haven't been paying attention or simply don't want to.
Template:UserIooootheanarchist - My point isn't that the world or humanity doesn't suck, i think they do, and i do think we should call the out and work towards meaningful change, my main problem is the usefulness of that mentality, just yelling for radical action while viewing the world as unsaveble isn't gonna get you anywhere, truth is how terrible the world is for you is entirely up to you and as long as you choose to see the world as this terrible place its going to be a terrible place, and if your objective in life is to be happy then thats entirely counterproductive, if you as most human beings just wants to live a happy life, being positive, hopeful and trying your best to make a heaven of hell is the best way to live your life.
- I think shaming me as a "doomer" for wanting radical action as a "harmful mindset" rather than working within the establishment and accepting this injustice is in itself a toxic harmful mindset. You attack your fellow progressives for pointing out the injustice and how serious we need to make change and you call it "toxic" rather than fighting the systems that oppress both of you, which only confirms them right in the end that humanities self-interested and self-destructive nature will lead to our destruction. It also reeks of priveledge in how it is often the people who are better off who tell the less fortunate how "toxic" they are for understanding how deeply disgusting the world is and how little power they have. It is not "giving up", it is understanding that they don't have anything to give up in the first place and that the only way for any major change is full on insurrection.
