Nollopism 
is a fictional ideology created by Mark Dunn in his book Ella Minnow Pea. In Ella Minnow Pea, the letters on a statue containing the pangram "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" start falling off the statue. The government of Nollop take this as a sign to start removing and banning letters from everyday speech, even to the point where one can no longer speak.
