Johis Republic
Overview
The Johis Republic is one of the northernmost countries in the world, characterised by it's jagged mountain peaks and boreal climate, most of the vast country being sparsely populated, having only a population of around 9 million despite being rather large. Most of the population is concentrated in the cities of the south, which are bustling due to the boom of economic opportunity, brought on by the industrialisation efforts of the new government, led by State President Uní Thorun of the rather new People's Liberal Party of Johis. This has lead to more of the fishers and trappers of the north heading to the southern cities, causing the north of the country to be even more sparse of population. The economy of the nation largely relies on agriculture, timber, and fishing, with the vast forests of the south lending well to this. The country's rough geography and climate makes immigration to the area sparse, leading to a mostly homogenous nation of Johis, though with the rapid industrialisation of the country, foreign ideas have started to be imported into the nation, different ideologies plentiful and new parties emerging in the beer halls of the capital city.

Overview
The Dromlinian Kingric is a large country located in the middle of the large central continent of Luseria, spanning the temperate forests and plains of the continent and nearly up the frigid mountains to the north. One of the most advanced nations on Irsetu, it boasts a large, thriving economy, primarily based on it's robust heavy industry, such as steel production, coal mining, machinery manufacturing, and chemical production, with the central bank of the country, the Grand Bank of Dromlin, taking a forefront in world economics and taking place in many industrial ventures and facilitating international trade. The country is a constitutional monarchy, the head of state being the monarch, currently King Auguste II of House Segrun, and the head of government being the chancellor, currently Duke Reimund Kasimar, a member of the United Liberal Party of Dromlin, the long-ruling and most popularity party by far, dominating the lower house of the Royal Parliament. A leader of world politics, the Kingric mostly leads by economic means, using it's vast economy to influence the world rather than military force. Like many of the main continental powers, the Kingric holds a substantial amount of colonies to the south, it's attitude towards them a rather mercantilist approach. Trouble is brewing to the west however, as a small border conflict with the Empire is slowly drawing on, threatening full war on the continent if tensions do not calm, for the first time in 30 years a major war on the Dromlin homefront.
