Third Way is an economic movement that was anti-capatilist and anti-communist and was a fascist systm of economics. this is often left-wing in ecomnomics because the government typically takes control of the market/ restricts groups of people from being able to participate in the markets based on ethno static or culturestatic views.
History
Third way economics grew popuour with the nationalist movements of the 20th century and eventually became the economic system of many fascist groups.

Beliefs
Third Way believes in a theory of 
"social-ism" which tries to pursue the goals of economic equality and while still holding social hierarchies as needed for society. By fusing traditional social democratic goals with an acceptance of globalism and free markets,
Economics
It supports a free market wiht heavy regulation and prevents groups of people from participating the markets.
Foreign Policy
Third way foriegn policy is always variable except for hybrid ideologies.
