Dysgenicism is a non-quadrant ideology that is the opposite of 
Eugenicism. While eugenicism advocates for the advancement of genes that are more desirable and beneficial, dysgenicism believes in advancing less desirable genes. This ideology is used by 
Biological Leninism who believes the people with the most "oppressed" genes should be in power.
Dysgenics can either refer to elevating people of a lower biological status artifically or lowering people of a higher biological status.

Biological Leninism
Biological Leninism is an idea purported by 
neoreactionaries which believes that "the Cathedral" (AKA the government, corporations, elites, etc.) is attempting to use people of a lower status (which can include anything from LGBTQ+, Overweight, Short, Mentally Unstable, Neurodivergent, Uneducated, Migrant Origin, Ethnic Minority Origin, Disabled, etc.) to "elevate" their status in exchange for unquestioned loyalty to the Cathedral.
While nobody on the left identifies as a Biological Leninist, nor is it a formal ideology, there are still many ideas that are even mainstream that are similar to Biological Leninism.
Affirmative Action
Affirmative Action is a practice that seeks to elevate disadvantaged people up the social hierarchy to achieve "equity." Affirmative Action is practiced in many organizations in Western countries, such as schools and offices. Similar to Affirmative Action is intersectionality, which is the pseudoscientific study of categorizing people based on whether they are "privileged" or "oppressed."
