General
The United Arab Communes, or the UAC for short is Socialist Republic Located in the Middle East Bordering Anatolia to the North, Lettistan to the East, Lebanon in the Southwest, and Jordan and Saudi Arabia in the South. It is Founded After a Coup'd'etat against the PKK after Occupying Syria for 4 Years Led by General Husayn al-Hamza and an Invasion of Iraq by Syria. The UAC operates under a Communistic System whereby Workers' Councils (Called Shuras) Rule the Country via common agreement rather than Voting without Centralised Leadership to Dictate Policy in the Country. It is headed by the Arabian Workers' Party founded from the Remains of the Syrian Ba'athist Party, Communists, Members of the DSABP PKK Defectors, Iraqi Murbists and Others to Lead and Educate the Arab People as the Brain of Arab Society via Organic Centralism and the Mass Line.
History
After the fall of Damascus in 2027 and the Death of Bashar Al-Assad, the PKK declared It's Occupation of Syria as "The Syrian Administration" Headed in Ayn Issa. Not long after, the PKK attempted to Establish Coops in Syria and Decentralized Administration although the People Protested against "Kurdish Tyranny" as many of the Representatives in the SDC were Kurdish and mainly Represented Kurdish Interests than Syrian ones; During which the Syrian Ba'athist Party quickly began to fracture and breakdown with some opting to Join the PKK's Administration whilst others wanted to Fight a Guerrilla War against PKK rule. of these, a Faction of the Latter Faction formed the Syrian Workers' Party which turned itself toward National Communism, and Neo-Murba to Liberate the Arab People.
The SDC began infighting within itself with It's Factions struggling to gain Power, Not long after, Corruption began to spur and the SDC Fractured itself into two, the Left SDC and the Right SDC of which Fought over each other Politically Unsuccessfully trying to gain Support of the Syrian People of which have been Moving toward the Syrian Workers' Party who actually Represented Syrian Interests advocating for Syrian National Communism. In 2032, the SWP alongside some Defectors of the SDC and the Army Overthrew both the Left and Right SDC Abolishing Overhauling the Whole System with a New, More Unified System that actually Represented the Syrian people Through Organic Centralism and Liquid "Democracy". Currently, Syria is still rebuilding Itself after Years of Civil War and Internal Turmoil, All Ethnic Groups in Syria now get Proportional Representation in the Supreme Shura in the Shura of Ethnicities with the Kurds obtaining their own Autonomous Region in the Northeast under the name of the "Kurdish Autonomous Republic" within the Anti-State.
on the 14th of April 2039 the Iraqi Revolution Began after many Protests against Foreign Monopolies, Corruption, and the Weak Dealing of Terrorism by the Iraqi Government After which the SSAS got Involved and began an Invasion of Iraq to end the Dirty mess once and for all and fulfil eventually a Truly United Arabia. In December the Formation of the United Arab Communes was Declared and Iraq was formally Integrated into the Anti-State
Government
The UAC Government Structure is more or less both Centralised and Decentralised at the same time, It is Ruled by Workers' Councils without Representatives but through Delegates of which are Delegated to Represent the People Decide on Issues without Votes by using Discussion and Common Consensus. All Policies that Impact the Nation are to be Discussed on a National Level whilst Policies that Impact only a certain part of the Nation are to be discussed in that Specific Region. The Shuras do not have dedicated Sections such as an Executive, Legislative, Judicial Organs, and Ministries although they do have a Committee of Commissars who Discuss on the Impacts of Policies, Devise Plans, Etc with Popular Consensus.
The Country is Divided into 3 Regions (Syria, Kurdistan, and Iraq) each with their own Smaller Subdivided Subregions and Communes to which Organically Dictate on how the whole Region (or Nation) would Function.
Economy
The Country is Organised around Workers' Councils as a Method of Economic Organisation which decide on Production, Distribution, etc through common consensus by the Workers. The Country Operates without Currency and Barter is Rarely used in the country with Resources on a Macro level being decided upon via common consesus amongst all members of society on Production and Distribution to prevent having to Trade with one another for Resources bringing back the Value-Form and Market Production. Mutual Aid Networks and Communal Warehouses dominate the whole Country and all Assets in the Country are owned by the People in whole, Private Property is Abolished and replaced with Communal Property and Work has become not a mere Productive but also (and primarily) a Social Act. Currently the Country is Experimenting with Computerised Planning to alleviate the Computation from the People and also Automisation in the Economy with the Help of Foreign Experts and Science.
Though still Rebuilding from the War and Invasion, the Country is headed toward a bright Future, Cities are being Rebuilt from the War and a Growing HDI thanks to Many Construction efforts, Foreign Aid, and Foreign Assistance in the Economy. Currently, Arabia is Experiencing a Massive Boost in it's Economic Output, Particularly in the Service Industry and Agriculture with a Rising Heavy Industry, it is also heading towards a New Era of Scientific Advancement in Technology hoping to Heal the Scars of the Wounded in the Country and is currently working on a Massive Irrigation and Ecological Project to transform many of the Desert parts of the Country into Lush Greenery suitable for Human Habitation.
Culture
Currently it is Experiencing a Massive Cultural Revolution headed by the AWP, Mass Criticism and Freedom of Speech and Intellectual Discussion is Highly Encouraged. Since the SWP takeover there has been a massive rise in Irreligiousness in the Country with the Translation of Madilog into Arabic, Intellectuality and a High Standard for Evidence is encouraged by the Party as well as Cultural Expression as well as Skepticism of Social Norms.
It was during this time that the Arabian People were now able to express themselves without conforming to Religious Norms and Many Syrians have been Openly Expressing themselves (Especially members of the LGBTQ Community which have long been Oppressed). Communal Child Rearing became a common occurrence in the Country as the "State" Ideology Encourages it to Liberate Women from the Familial Division of Labor.
Also, Many Religious Scholars have began to questioning or trying to Rationalise the Idea of God with Logic to end up with some conclusion where God is Omnipotent without resulting in Logical Contradictions, many have tried but for the most part many Ideas have been thrown away. Currently, Atheism is Spiking in Popularity within the Country due to the Cultural Revolution.
Nationalism and Patriotism is also Encouraged by the Party to encourage the Arabian People to Rejoice at their taste of Freedom from Foreign and Internal Tyranny, Generally the People follow Natural Laws and Community Policing replaced Codified Laws and Traditional Policing, The Country doesn't have a Constitution and Doesn't need to as the Country isn't a "State" in the General sense of the term.
