So Sansón influenced you? Curious.

If we realize, Sansón's life is practically Sade's life. I found three parallels between Sade and Samson:

  1. Sansón and Sade were locked up. Sansón was taken to Melchor Romero's mental hospital and Sade to the Bastille.
  2. Sansón wrote while locked up. "Flowers and Love" was written in Melchor Romero's Mental Hospital, and Sade's "120 Days of Sodom" was written in the Bastille.
  3. Sansón and Sade are amoral.
