Kaiserism is a Ideology maded by Kaiser, And its just that, a Thought about Kaiser's Political Opinion and View.

Beliefs

Civics

All Kaiser's Respect: All of the civils needs to follow the Kaiser's (King) Orders, following a the Nationalism Ideology.
The Central Politic: The State, means to be a Mixted Economy, while being Socialism, with planification of Capitalism, something like State Capitalism But with a better Stability of the Economy.
Revolutionary Ideas: The Scientists, of the nation would be really funded, for looking for news technologies, as the better stabilization of the state, as also making some better reforms to it, maybe something like Technocracy
GERMANISM!: Make aside the cultural diferences, with other Germans, like Netherlands or Switzerland, for making a Great Germanic State what could make a better economic situacion for bother, Germany and the Rest, This would make surely, a Gret Power to Emerge from Power into Central-Europe.
Friendly Federal-Socialism: The State Would have a politic as equal like the Federal Socialism, making Federal States to have their Own Goverment and a better Relation with the Centrel, Naturally the Capital, which would have their own state and would be the Center of the Country.
Civil Right's Protection: The Civil Right's and the Political Right's (The Constitution Basically) Would be Part and protected, by the state, as example:

" If Someone's rob something, that person would be prisoned, and will pay they rob with the money they recollect at prison. That money would be sent to those robbed, and that person would end they punishment, sooner. "

As that, if they dont pay, they will be executed with a guillotine in the center of the Capital, if any child is present, they

will go to their homes, cause they not deserve to lose their innocence at such a young age.

"If someone kill a person, that person will stay 100 days at prison, and after that, he will be Guillotined in front of the Real Palace."

Governmental

Only 1 King: The Kaiser will have all of the power, neither congress or Prime minister, only the Kaiser.

Bonus: Citizens will have a better quality of life, through checks, money will be given every month, and you will be rewarded better if you are:

Elderly.
Part of the Army (Goes to your entire Family).
Contribute to a... public (School, Hospital, Commerce, etc...).
Have children.

Laws: If the Kaiser Want to make a new law, or constitution, he will needs to tell to the Prime Minister, in order to him to decide if accept or no.
New Kaiser: After the death of a Kaiser, the Princess or the Prince, shall take da throne, Kaiser for Prince, Kaiserhine for Princess.

Social

Equality of Opportunity: All people should have access to the same opportunities and public services, regardless of race, gender, sexuality or any other such immutable characteristics.

No Private Discrimination: All people ought to be treated with respect by their fellow people, regardless of any immutable characteristics.
No TQIA+: The "gender identities" of the "TQIA+" in the LGBTQIA+ are not part of the immutable characteristics mentioned above, they are delusions, and people who believe in them must be relentless shamed and discriminated against by society and the state for it.
Different cultures: Immigrants must not be discriminated against for their culture, though they should be expected to integrate in their host society, learn the language, find jobs, and interact with other groups in the country. If immigrants do no such thing, and instead refuse to learn the language, do crime and form ethnic enclaves, that constitutes probable cause for deportation.
Military Policy: The military ought to be volunteer only, and requirements to join are the following:
- At least 20 Years of age
- Physical Fitness
- Sanity

The Country

Culture: In the country, the cultures shall be not asimilated, it will be united with the rest of cultures, for making a better culture, on where everyone can continue with its traditions, celebrations, parties, and religions.
United Cultural Countries: As said above, culturally, countries annexed in the nation, shall have they own status, just like:

Principal Nation: The owner of all the land, the original who annexed the countries, etc...
Federal Kingdom-State: The secundary, where the culture its mixed with others, and also have some power, can elect his own leader, etc...
City-States: The place INSIDE the Federal Kingdom-States, on where they can elect a mayoress, and help to the F.K-S to reorganizate, and also maintain the stability in the zones they control.

Economy (WIP)

Balanced Economy: With the central power ruling, the best thing would be to have a planned economy, but at the same time, have a trading-open economy with the rest of the world, this would made the country, a very much rich that it is today, planning the next moves (Equilibrating the economy) and Trading with the rest of the countries (Having better diplomatic relations with the rest, and also, having a compensation for the trades result). This would made a best balance onto, Socialism and Capitalism, just like State Capitalism mades.
