- Conservative Socialism - A type of socialism which believes in conservative teachings, which are considered old in modern times.

- Classical Social Democracy - The more radical precursor to modern social democracy, also known as "the proletarian movement".
- Hard Left - The "Hard Left" faction of the Labour Party, which held radical views compared to the Soft Left and especially the New Labourites.
- Corbynism - A section of the Hard Left endorsed by the Labour Party from 2015-2020 whilst Jeremy Corbyn was its leader.
- Bevanism - The Hard Left ideology of the 1959-1960 Deputy Leader of the Labour Party Aneurin Bevan, which faded away after Bevan died in 1960.
- Bennism - The ideological beliefs of Labour Party Hard Left Orator Tony Benn. Often referred to then as "Hard Labourism", or alternatively "Old Labourism" (Compare to "New Labourism")
