The 10th ZZ Division, known as "Skandi," was established in 2027 with the objective of facilitating the formation of the South Swedish Reich. From 2027 to 2038, the division primarily served as a Secret Police force, assisting the military regime in the area and engaging in espionage activities targeting Scandinavian nations. In 2038, it was permanently deployed to the Danish straits region to monitor American naval movements and provide defense against naval threats, thus being equipped with modern anti-naval weaponry. Following the Treaty of Chicago, the division was relocated to the Baltic archipelago to detect potential FRWPIL assaults on the area. However, after the Eastern Crisis, its responsibilities reverted to those undertaken between 2027 and 2028. During the 2039 Norwegian coup, the division, alongside various South Swedish divisions, intervened in Skange and southern Sweden to suppress dissent and separatist movements, securing the region for the new Norwegian regime.
