The Judicial Branch is one of the three branches of the Brundian government, which is controlled by the Supreme Court of Brundia.
History
Before the establishment of the SAC, the independent committee, which was ran by American Patriots that defected from the US and the Freedom Convoy 2.0 that defected from Canada. Within the drafts, they were thinking about on how the Judicial branch should operate and whatever or not it should replicate the functions of the US Judicial branch to the SAC Judicial branch. Within the drafts, the size of the Supreme Court was also a concern and whatever or not the SAC could maintain Judicial independence, despite domestic tensions, but it was eventually accepted, along with Judicial review. The size of the SAC Supreme Court was originally drafted up to have only three to five judges, but it was later revised to nine, and lastly to thirteen judges with the last minute changes that there will be a vice chief justice. Plus, Chief justice and vice chief justice have more power within decisions on court case rulings, which depending on how much the chief and vice chief justice approves or disapproves the contents regarding to the changes and effects if the conditions set have come into effect.
