What if we combine Anarcho-Monarchism with Cyberocracy and create, of course, Anarcho-Cyberocracy? We could have an advanced AI with an army of robots whose soul purpose is to put down states that try to arise? I think this would solve the problem of human fallibility that is inherent to Anarcho-Monarchism. If Anarcho-Monarchism can be explained by having a "King Batman" who goes around putting down states, my vision could be of Terminator-Batman going around ensuring the ultimate in human freedom. It would kind of be like having a progressive Skynet.
