Talk:Marxism–Leninism

Why can't I edit the enemies section?

I'm trying to submit, but it won't let me because apparently there's a slur in there, yet I'm not seeing anything that could even be mistaken for one. Is this a bug or something? Please help.

- TFW your entire praxis is just collectively starving everyone to death

DragonRed

DragonRed Matteel; Research the soviets further. When the Bolsheviks make a revolution, the imperialists attack. There is famine while struggling with it. There is famine in the Second World War. Famine is normal during war. As someone whose family has seen socialism, let me tell you that socialism is very good. Of course, it is very bad for asgaparans who believe in news sites and believe in history.

  • ...did you just claim that we shouldn't believe in history? Also, try questioning communismwillwin.com the same way you question the mainstream media.

should we make a section describing neo-stalinism?

Like put one of those collapsed sections in the influenced section

Democracy

It claims that "democracy" hates Marxism-Leninism, I think this would best be substituted with liberal, western, or bourgeois democracy that hates Marxism-Leninism as Marxism-Leninism IS Democratic and involves Democratic Centralism binding upon all members of the party, the CIA even admitted that the idea of Stalin as a dictator is an exaggeration and misunderstanding in their document "Comments on the Change in Soviet Leadership from the Central Intelligence Agency" and that the Soviet Union featured collective leadership and that Stalin was merely the "captain of the team" as they worded it. Marxism-Leninism also Features a form of democracy known as people's democracy which was seen in many of the Warsaw Pact nations for example as well as other Marxist-Leninist nations or even non-Marxist-Leninist socialist nations like those in Africa.

The Problem with this “Peoples Democracy” is that they could only vote for one party or part allied independents as seen here:

So really it was an oligarchy -

--*shows one source, a Wikipedia article*

Me:*shows several sources mentioning this concept*

An opposition party is unnecessary, it is still a democracy. The ruling party is supposed to be a vanguard of the workers, representative of the masses, it was far better than western bourgeois politicians like in liberal democracy where they didn't truly represent the interests of the masses as they would've been incapable of such, bourgeois politicians were just a small minority of the rich and greedy. That is the problem with "liberal democracy". - Proletarian Banner

First of all without any opposition i can not see it as a functioning democracy. As for the vanguard thing what if a large group of workers disagree with how the vanguard party is running things but the vanguard doesn’t listen and there is no way to form a opposition to it because the vanguard banned all opposition to it. Now i actually have to agree with you on issues with Liberals Democracy but this “Peoples Democracy” is 10 Times worse and Technocratic Democracy is the best form of it.

--Democracy for an insignificant minority, democracy for the rich, that is the democracy of capitalist society. -V.I. Lenin

Also, literally shut up 13 year old lib.

Nicknames of the ideology

"Neo-Stalinism" makes practically no sense, as for one, "Stalinism" isn't an ideology and is merely Marxism-Leninism. Marxism-Leninism was invented by Stalin and is a synthesis of Marxism as well as Leninism, Leninism being a separate ideology. Also, the nickname "the immortal science", I had originally thought of this nickname as a joke or some form of irony, however, my fellow Marxist-Leninists unironically referred to it as such, one referring to it as the "immortal science of the proletariat". After learning more about this phrase, I had discovered that it most likely refers to the concept of Dialectical Materialism DiaMat and how it will always last and always be true, Dialectical Materialism being an official ideology of the Soviet Union along with Historical Materialism. This phrasing the "immortal science" however, supposedly comes from Enver Hoxha. - Proletarian Banner

LGBTQ+ Community, societal integration, and the homophobia myth

"Georgy Chicherin.

Marxist revolutionary and an openly gay bolshevik.

Stalin's former minister of foreign affairs.

Replaced by Molotov in his position in 1930, but continued to be a loyal party member until his death in 1936.

The supposedly anti-gay law was adopted in 1934. He left his position 4 years before it was adopted and stayed a member of the communist party even after the law was adopted, which proves that the supposedly anti-gay law was just an anti-pederast law and not an anti-homosexual law.

Died in 1936 from health problems."

"It can hardly be doubted that Comrade Chicherin is better informed about the mood in foreign investment circles that any of us" - J.V Stalin
