Vistula Socialism is a socialist idea based around the Three Principles (not that one): 1. Radical Workplace Democracy 2. Anti-Authoritarianism 3. Regional Autonomy
Workplace Democracy means what it sounds like. Democracy in the Workplace. But the radical version is where a business is controlled fully by it's workers with no CEO. They then collectively make the decisions equally through ballots.
Anti-Authoritarianism is based around dismantling authoritarian remnants across the nation. For example, opening monarchist places to the public and generally breaking down unfair class barriers that were made through authoritarian means, such as aristocratic wealth hoarding, being liked by the monarchs, etc.
Regional Autonomy is literally regional autonomy. I would want to take the Swiss federal model with this.
