Julio Gallego is an Ecuadorian politician, he was the leader of the ¡Ya Basta! Party, a party based upon Socialism of the 21st century, its main inspirations were Chavez, Evo Morales, Toro, Busch, Kim Il-Sung, Kim Jong-Il and Kim Jong-Un. However, Gallego became disillusioned by the ideology, since he considered it as a "betrayal of Socialism", as a "Progressive Fascist" ideology that didn't create Socialism, but "State Capitalist dictatorships based upon the Caudillo figure".
