Nationalism
I am a nationalist. That is, I love my 
country and the people in it. Unfortunately though, we have been seperated from 
our bretheren who we fought together with for so long because of differences in monarchy. I want the people of Portugal and Spain to be cared for, that being every single civilian who respects our language and culture. My technocracy stems from nationalism - this ideal for a nation of happy people. I think nationalism is the greatest form of servitude to your people rather than the other way around. Nationalism should never be the nation serving the state but the state serving the nation.
Social Views
The people of Iberia should be able to have their freedoms if they want it. What kind of nationalist would I be if I struck down people of my nation based on personal hatred? That is why I have no problem with people being LGBTQ, different religion and also disagreeing with government, that is their right.
Economics
Influences
My economics stem from the 26-point program of the 
Falange, which I recommend people to read, it can be found here, it is a very good read. I am specifically influenced by the "ECONOMY – LABOUR – CLASS STRUGGLE" section of the book, but I am also influenced by the "LAND" section.
Structure
This is my ideal structure for an economy which serves the people.
In it, the state pledges loyalty to the people, the people pledge loyalty to the state, the state influences unions who command the firms. The firms produce items as per the requests of the unions and these items are given to the people. Any surplus or items not needed by the people is given to the state. With any money the state official has, it shall not fund its own lavish lifestyle, it shall be a citizen equal to all in all but responsibilities. Instead it will invest in funding various things such as the police, environmental repair, paying costs of production (if they are low) to help stop unemployment, it also funds education which shall teach the people. At the heart of this is to satisfy the people, who also are chosen from to lead the state, based on how suitable they are. There are many roles to create a functioning state:
Head of State
The head of state acts as the organiser of all roles meaning they have a very important task, which is why they must not be run by 
somebody not fit for the job.
- Ministers of State
Ministers of State are subordinates to the Head of State. They do crucial jobs such as paperwork/request management.
National Union Advisors
National Union Advisors are made to regulate the unions, this means making sure they are not corrupt or lazy. If a union is found of being one of the above, it shall be temporarily commanded so that it can be reformed. If a national union advisor believes a union is corrupt or lazy, they may not simply reform a union with no proof, they must issue a request to a Minister of State. National Union Advisors are hired technocratically. If a National Union Advisor, despite their expertise (as assured by the technocratic system), do not do their job sufficiently, they may be voted out by the National Union by a similar request.
Lead Minister of Education
The coordinator of all ministers of education and Associates of Education.
- Associates of Education
There shall be one Associate of Education per state and they shall carry out the tasks issues by the Lead Minister of Education. They are elected technocratically from each Minister of Education.
- Ministers of Education
There is a board of education ministers per state, varying by the size. An ideal would be 6 ministers of education per 100,000 people (rounded up). (e.g. Madrid would have 192, Barcelona would have 98)
Lead Minister of Justice
The coordinator of all ministers of justice.
- Ministers of Justice
The job of Ministers of Justice to ensure the right to fair trial for all and to ensure that judges give fair judgement.
Lead Minister of Police Regulation
The coordinator of all ministers of police regulation.
- Ministers of Police Regulation
Police are not all morally correct people who want to serve the people. Some commit horrible crimes themselves and we must make sure to combat this with its own ministry. This ministry shall play a role in the background checks of police, the managing of a "Administrated Credit System for the Police" and "Social Credit System for the Police", both of which unify to form the "Police Credit System" in which police can be both reported by the public to lose or gain points or seen by a minister to lose or gain points. The ultimate ideal is one minister of police regulation shall be in every one of Spain's municipalities. If police are found comitting acts or have a negative score for longer than 6 months, they shall be retired from service.
State
Abolition of the Monarchy
The monarchy is disgraceful and not worthy of being associated with the new state. The 
monarchy funds its lavish lifestyle off of the people and gives nothing back for it. The people should not starve whilst the monarchy lives in luxury, 
off with their head!
Iberian Policy
The interests of people of Iberian descent should be cared for by the state more than the interests of others within the state. This is because these people have a greater connection with the land of the nation. The earth of Iberian is imbued with the spirit of the Iberian people.
Asssimilation
Assimilation should be a goal of the nation, to connect the people to a unified culture. Spreading our beliefs to all people of the nation would be an ideal.
Military Service
I want compulsory military service for all men aged 18, for women it is optional. This is to ensure national integrity, strength for the people and a deterrent from people hurting each other as there would be known consequences. This military service would be 6 months long but can be extended to a maximum of 1 year for bad behavior.
Spanish Republic or 
Rebels
In the civil war, would I support the 
Second Spanish Republic or 
the Rebels? I would personally support Second Spanish Republic. This may be shocking to some as per my ideology but the Rebel front was often conservative and I don't like conservatism. I consider my economics against suppression of liberty, that being the suppression of liberty by bourgeoise and so. That means Conservatism is directly incompatibles with my ideals. Of course this does not mean I like the Second Spanish Republic, it is just the lesser of two evils. (Furthermore, Franco reinstated the monarchy which is very horrible, I hate the monarchy we have.)
New Culture
Iberia is too divided. We need unity in differences between the 
regions. We need regional identities but also a national "Iberian" identity, no matter the language or religion or anything, we must accept we are all Iberian.
Status of 
Catalonia and 
Basque
Iberian is not just Spanish and Portuguese. I want an EQUAL confederation of states - España, Portugal, Catalunya, Euskadi.
Religion
My Personal Religion
Agnostic, I don't know if the God exists or not. I do not care much if it does or doesn't.

National education and religion I don't 100% like except for just teaching our culture. We shouldn't enforce religion upon anybody and the church will have no influence in society, we are defined by being Iberians, not by being Catholics. What I am saying that it is a secular state.
