Beliefs

Anarcho-Ecology as the Foundation

Mutual Aid and Cooperation
I believe in the importance of mutual aid and cooperation among individuals and communities, drawing heavily from Peter Kropotkin's ideas. I advocate for a society based on voluntary collaboration rather than hierarchical structures.

Ecological Harmony
I place a strong emphasis on environmental sustainability and harmony with nature. I stress the need for a decentralized, ecologically responsible society that prioritizes the well-being of the planet.

Synergetic Philosophy for Social Progress

Philosophical Inquiry
I incorporate Jostein Gaarder's influence by promoting philosophical inquiry and critical thinking. I encourage individuals to question societal norms and institutions to foster a deeper understanding of their roles in the world.

Ethical Decision-Making
I advocate for ethical decision-making based on collective values and consensus-building. I seek to integrate diverse perspectives to address complex social issues and promote a more just and inclusive society.

Taoist Principles for Governance

Wu Wei (Non-Action)
I incorporate Lao Tzu's concept of Wu Wei, suggesting that governance should be minimal and non-intrusive. I encourage leaders to act in harmony with the natural flow of events, avoiding unnecessary intervention.

Balance and Harmony
I promote the Taoist principles of balance and harmony in societal structures. I call for a balanced distribution of resources and power, striving for equilibrium to prevent the concentration of authority in the hands of a few.

Decentralized Communalism and Local Autonomy

Communal Ownership
I propose a system where communities collectively own and manage resources, ensuring that decisions are made with the well-being of both individuals and the environment in mind.

Local Autonomy
I favor decentralized governance structures, granting local communities a high degree of autonomy to address their unique needs. This allows for more responsive and participatory decision-making.

Holistic Education and Cultural Diversity

Holistic Education
I advocate for an education system that integrates ecological awareness, philosophical inquiry, and practical skills. I aim to nurture well-rounded individuals capable of critical thinking and environmental stewardship.

Cultural Pluralism
I celebrate cultural diversity and encourage the preservation of local traditions. I oppose cultural hegemony and support policies that respect and protect the cultural identity of various communities.

Non-Aggression and Conflict Resolution

Non-Aggression
I reject the use of aggressive force and coercion in resolving disputes. I encourage peaceful means of conflict resolution, such as dialogue, mediation, and consensus-building.

Restorative Justice
I promote restorative justice principles to address conflicts, focusing on rehabilitation and reconciliation rather than punitive measures. I strive for a justice system that fosters healing and social harmony.

Sustainable Technology and Innovation

Appropriate Technology
I support the development and use of technology that is ecologically sustainable and serves the needs of local communities. I encourage innovation that enhances human well-being without compromising the environment.

Open Source Collaboration
I promote open-source collaboration and the sharing of knowledge to foster innovation for the benefit of all. I oppose proprietary control over technology and encourage a communal approach to scientific and technological advancements.

Global Solidarity and Anti-Colonialism

Global Cooperation
I advocate for international solidarity and cooperation to address global challenges such as climate change, inequality, and poverty. I oppose imperialistic practices and promote a just and equitable world order.

Anti-Colonialism
I acknowledge historical injustices and support efforts to rectify the impacts of colonialism. I call for the recognition of indigenous rights and the restoration of land and resources to affected communities.

Neosyndicalism - He is also cool ^-^ except they enjoy eating teabag dust .
Rocksism - We are almost the same. It appears to me (as you have stated) that you have shifted more towards adjectiveless synthesis, but that is such a minor difference. Nice praxis btw ^-^

NEUTRAL

  • - You're just mad because you still sustain structure and ideology in your brand of anarchy. :P
    • - To be honest, the only reason I am afraid to read Postanie books is because I love to indoctrinate people into my cult system of beliefs, and find it easier to name my cult ideology than have a loose collection of people who kinda just believe the same thing.

N.Cortexism - I get you enjoy larping, and pissing off the equally evil File:N.Brioism.png N.Brioism, but I'm simply going off what I can see here.

Kropotkinian Mutualism

()

I believe in a form of mutual-aid anarchism, and wish to establish a society based on cooperation, decentralization and the rejection of authority.

BELIEFS

MUTUAL AID AND COOPERATION

PRINCIPLE OF MUTUAL AID
I believe that cooperation and mutual aid are inherent in human nature, and disagree with Darwinism, which believes in a competitive "survival of the fittest". Because of Kropotkin's book Mutual Aid, where he outlines a number of observations from nature and history in favour of this claim, I argue that species (including humans) thrive through collaboration rather than ruthless competition.

SOCIAL EVOLUTION
I value the positive evolution of societies through mutual aid. I believe that cooperative communities are better equipped for survival and progress, and disagree with the notion that competition is the primary driver of societal development. The idea is foundational to my beliefs, and my ideal social order based on solidarity.

ANARCHO-COMMUNISM

STATELESS SOCIETY
My ideal society is one without government, where individuals collectively manage affairs. I reject centralized authority, and argue for local self-governance and decentralized decision-making.

COMMON OWNERSHIP
At the core of Anarcho-Communism is the concept of common ownership. I believe (as Kropotkin outlined in his book Conquest for Bread) that resources and means of production should be communally owned, eradicating class distinctions and fostering equality among individuals.

COMMON GOOD
Anarcho-Communism seeks the organization of production for the benefit of all. My ideal system is a system where wealth and resources are distributed according to needs, promoting the common welfare.

DECENTRALIZATION AND LOCAL AUTONOMY

SELF-GOVERNANCE
I believe in the autonomy of local communities, where individuals actively participate in decision-making processes. I believe that smaller, self-sufficient communities could better address the diverse needs of their members.

VOLUNTARY COOPERATION
Within a decentralized structure, I believe (as Kropotkin outlined in his book Fields, Factories and Workshops) in voluntary cooperation among communities. This approach, I believe, would encourage a diversity of social arrangements based on the unique preferences and values of different groups.

REJECTION OF COERCIVE AUTHORITY

VOLUNTARY ASSOCIATIONS
I argue for the organization of society through voluntary associations rather than coercive hierarchies. I believe that individuals should freely choose their associations, promoting cooperation based on shared goals.

FREEDOM AND OPPRESSION
Central to my philosophy is the idea that individuals should be free from oppressive structures. I dislike institutions that enforced authority through coercion and hope to replace them with voluntary and liberating alternatives.

DISLIKE OF CAPITALISM

INEQUALITY AND EXPLOITATION

I dislike Capitalism for perpetuating social inequality and the exploitation of labor. I believe that the concentration of wealth in the hands of a few leads to social unrest and hinders collective progress.

COMMUNAL OWNERSHIP

Due to the problems of Capitalism, I believe (as Kropotkin argued in his book The Conquest for Bread) in the communal ownership of resources. My ideal system is a system where wealth is shared, eliminating the disparities created by private ownership.

EVOLUTIONARY ETHICS

ETHICS FROM EVOLUTION

My ethical principles are just the evolutionary benefits of cooperation applied. I believe that ethical behaviors are deeply rooted in the survival advantages gained through mutual aid, aligning morality with biology and social evolution.

CONNECTION TO BIOLOGY

I hope to connect ethical principles to biological and social evolution, and therefore aim to ground morality in observable patterns of behavior that contribute to the well-being and survival of communities.

ANTI-MILITARISM AND ANTI-IMPERIALISM

PEACEFUL CONFLICT RESOLUTION

I am vocal about peaceful conflict resolution. I oppose the use of force and Militarism, and argue for diplomatic solutions to conflicts to prevent violence and bloodshed.

DISMANTLING MILITARISTIC STRUCTURES

As a part of my anti-militaristic view, I want the dismantling of military structures used for imperialistic purposes. I believe that such institutions perpetuated inequality and served the interests of ruling elites.

ENVIRONMENTALISM

SUSTAINABLE PRACTICES

I am concerned about the environmental impact of Industrial Capitalism. I argue for sustainable practices that would preserve ecosystems and minimize the exploitation of natural resources.

HARMONY WITH NATURE

In line with my mutual aid principle, I believe that a society based on cooperation would harmonize better with nature. I dislike Industrial Capitalism for its adverse effects on the environment and like ecological balance through alternative social structures.

PCB STUFF

Mutualist or not?

Despite the name of my ideology, I have not read Proudhon, nor been influenced by mutualist philosophy. So, to look at the name, we must look at where the term 'mutualism' comes from: and it finds it's origins from mutual aid, a topic I find very important thanks to Kropotkin's work, and fundimental to an anarchist society to run: without the we, we would starve individually while the powerful (those who gained a great harvest) would sit upon a pile of wealth: an anarcho-capitalist system, where everybody suffers except from the rich.

Being that an emphasis on mutual aid is an essential and large component of my philosophy, it makes sense to include it in the name. You could also argue I share a number of traits with Mutualists, although nothing that isn't also shared by a number of  Anarchists: decentralization, voluntary cooperation and opposition to hierarchical structures.

Positive-Leaning

Proletariat Builderism 60% - Me if reactionary. Unfortunately, I am culturally left.

Negative-Leaning

Baxism 40% - A fellow far-leftie! Unfortunately, too authoritarian and nationalist for me.
Meadowsin's Basilisk 40% - A fellow far-leftie! Unfortunately, I do not know your perspectives on anarchism (am I missing something?) which is very big to me. Please tell me your perspectives on anarchism! Also, minor nitpicks, but too individualist compared to me more collectivist perspective, and too creative (I am jealous).

  •  Meadowsin's Basilisk - Anarchism is just saying "no government" aimlessly, whereas I say no structure with creative purpose. So yes and no on anarchism. I am ultimately a collectivist individualist, believing that serving the individual on a case by case basis in small collective communities sounds pretty good, although I don't more definitively state whether I'm being collectivist or individualist in totality because I believe the post-now state will adjust to its own needs.

CRINGE

Hysteria Thought 20% - I sincerely fear you. You have read far, far more than me and because of that I sincerely respect you. I disagree on a number of issues, especially on economics. Love the aesthetics, though.
Romantic Egoism 20% - Rather than a kropotkin-based economic system, you believe in an alternative economic system. Also, while I focus on collectivist anarchism, you focus on post-left individualist socialism, which I disagree with.
Rigby Thought 18% - Centralized vs Chaotic (not actually chaotic, but stick around for the pun), Corporatist / Capitalist vs Communist (specifically anarcho-), Conservative vs Culturally Left; Conflict of the Cs!
Brazilian Liberalism 15% - Your acceptence of authority and nationalism is cringe and I can't really think of many areas where we agree.
N.Brioism 15% - At least you are far-left (economically) and not white supremacist, although you are certainly not culturally left. You are also too authoritarian and anti-democratic ( literally Pol Pot )

MEGACRINGE

Neocarlism 10% - Actually evil. I can't think of a single area where we agree. The closest we get is Free Market Guild Socialism, however on every other issue (on markets, on moderation, on the restriction of immigration, focus on race, etc.) we are opposites.

Postive
Anarcho-Communism - I am an AnCom, how could I place my ideology anywhere else?

  • Kropotkinism - You are the only person to influence me as of the current moment, although that will change: it is only due to you being the only person I have read.

Environmentalism - Industrial Capitalism's impact on the environment is catastrophic.

Neutral
Nothing Thus Far

Negative
Darwinism - I do not care that you technically influenced me, your idea of "survival of the fittest" is beyond evil. (Yes, I know you did not personally believe in sotf, but your supporters did.)
Capitalism - An incredibly unfair system that has unfortunately become the status quo, directly leading to a lack of progress and the death of many.

Militarism - Bloodshed and death. How can that be fair?
