Before the shooting he published a manifesto, The Great Replacement. He explained his intent to accelerate race war. He believed his shooting would cause the 
United States to issue a full firearms ban which would cause a civil war with mainly blacks and whites joining separate sides. He postulated a white victory, which would be all thanks to him.

Tarrantism spends a lot of time on 4chan.png 4chan and 8chan, the latter of which he posted his manifesto to. He really hates muslims, and has a lot of sympathy for the balkan countries who fought 
Turkey. "Kebab removing" is one of his main personality traits and he loves to shitpost and make memes. Sometimes when he sees minorities he doesn't like, he will drive away and break down crying in his car. Like Hitler, Tarrant was a sensitive man.
