East German Confederalism is a fictional ideology that exists in the universe of PCBaller World.
The ideology advocates for a 
confederalist system in which each region, or usually, each town, are independently governed and thus free to choose their government as well as economic system. The central government thereby is extremely weak and only exists for providing the military and external affairs.

History
East German Confederalism emerged out of the German Collapse, where multiple culturally right-wing to far-right groups banded together with the goal of secession from the failing liberal FRG. Instead of starting infighting as soon as the war was won however, the decentralized order of the revolts was kept and a compromise national government set up that seeks to represent all regions without any kind of elections.
In essence, it can be compared to a form of 
Patchwork or 
National Anarchism in which almost every town has its extremely localized, and usually direct democratic, government - self-segregated by ideology and sometimes ethnicity or religion.
