Brazilian Liberalism is an economically and socially center, statist, liberal, patriotic, and mildly imperialistic ideology of the Polcompball user Killer Kitty. Brazilian Liberalism is essentially a form of National Liberalism or Radical Centrism adapted in order to work in Brazil, as things works differently varying from country to country.

Beliefs

Economics

Brazilian Liberalism supports center-right economic policies. He sees free trade and private property as something every economy should strive for, but he is against laissez-faire capitalism and instead supports economic regulations based on the needs of the workers' and the consumer while not completly abandoning business interests as whole. He also has some sympathies with corporatist model of economics and considers himself a liberal corporatist.

Welfare

Brazilian Liberalism supports welfare as a way to combat inequality. And he also supports free education (half through public schools and the other half through charter schools), free healthcare, social security (provided privately) and labour rights.

However, Brazilian Liberalism acknowledges that this can only be achieved with higher taxation and thus he supports taxes on inheritance, land ownership, hoarded wealth and private banking.

Additionally, Brazilian Liberalism knows how some people might use welfare to enrich themselves, and therefore he supports a welfare reform just like the one during Clinton's government - which forced welfare recipients to find a job after certain months receiving welfare.

International Trade

Brazilian Liberalism admires economic globalization and it's effects on developing third world countries and drastically reducing poverty worldwide. And he believes tariffs should be very small.

But Brazilian Liberalism sees the bad outcomes of globalization on blue-collar workers, the environment and industrial workers in exporting countries, and believes there should be basic regulations to stop needless outsourcing and monetary grants to workers who have lost their jobs to globalism for them to find better jobs.

Social Views

Brazilian Liberalism is a progressive conservative ideology and sees the need of preserving the national culture while promoting equality between different social groups. He is also against woke culture, though he is against the use of state powers to crack down on wokeness like some people propose, and instead believes that woke culture will naturally die within few years as many people are already starting to distance themselves from it and woke business are going bankrupt.

Culture and Immigration

Brazilian Liberalism is a Civic-Cultural Nationalist ideology, and as much as he sees the Brazilian culture and identity as something worth preserving he believes immigration can be benefitical if the immigrants assimilate in the national culture.

He believes that deportation of immigrants should occur if an immigrant:

  • refuse to assimilate
  • commit a crime (be it small or big)
  • leech of the welfare system
  • refuse to use portuguese as the main language

Environment

Brazilian Liberalism is an environmentalist ideology and wants to combat excessive pollution and deecelerate the global warming. His plans to reduce pollution include banning plastic bags, taxes on suvs, private jets and other environmentally-harmful activities, subzidies on reflorestation and clean energy and eating bugs limits on co2.

Though, he still supports nuclear energy and diesel cars, but he wants regulations on the nuclear and automobilistic industry for them to follow green norms.

On the state

Brazilian Liberalism is an openly statist ideology, and sees the state as a parental figure for the population, and the government should not use it's powers in vain and it's priority should be protecting the population and ensuring high living standards.

Brazilian Liberalism also has a hard-line stance on crime and wants to implement three-strikes laws, death penalty (but only if there's 100% proofs and the approval of the victim's family) and life sentences, though he is aware the Brazilian police targets more innocent blacks rather than punishing actual criminals, and thus he supports a police reform to enact policies that will reduce the deaths of innocents caused by the police, namely sensivity trainings and body cameras.

States' Rights

Brazilian Liberalism believes states and municipalities should have more autonomy to enact their own laws and have their own tax rates.

Gun Ownership and Drug Use

Brazilian Liberalism, despite being statist and having paternalistic views on the population, sees guns as something every law-abiding, adult and mentally sane adult should have to protect themselves from criminals, and believes the only regulations on weapon ownership should be background checks, bureaucratic IDs and police approval in order to own one.

He also sees drugs as a personal matter and wants to decriminalize and regulate it, and maybe even fund Rehabilitation Centers, since he acknowledge the War on Drugs was a ploy by the American government to systematically arrest blacks and poors.

Conscription

Brazilian Liberalism believes every male between 18-21 who is not studying, working, has bad grades in the college or commited low-offending crimes (such as theft or tax evasion) will be forcefully conscripted in the army. The reasons why he proposes this policy include his belief that this will start a culture of mens at this age to be more engaged with studies and working instead of commiting crimes and laziness, and also because he wants to increase the Brazilian military capacity.

Foreign Policy

Brazilian Liberalism takes a neutral and internationalistic stance on foreign relationships, it will mainly trade with both western and eastern political blocs (since formally joining either of the alliances will be prejudicial for us) mixed with a "Big Stick" policy.

He also wants to expand the Mercosur, make Brazil a member of the UN Security Council and sanction Venezuela.

Anti-Guerrilha Warfare

Brazilian Liberalism is a hawkish ideology when it comes to the various communist guerrilhas in South America, namely the EPP, ELN and FARCS - all which targeted either the Brazilian government, businesses or citizens in the past - and supports a military intervention in both Paraguay and Colombia in order to destroy these three guerrilha groups.

About Palestine and Israel

Brazilian Liberalism is an anti-zionist ideology and sees the Israeli government as genocidal. He wants to stop the settlements in Gaza, abolish the apartheid policy of Israel, transition Palestine into a liberal democracy and force Israel to return Cisjordan to Palestine.

On the war between Russia and Ukraine

Brazilian Liberalism has a semi-isolationist policy regarding Russia and Ukraine, seeing it as none of Brazil's businesses, despite condemning the invasion itself, and more of a problem of Russia, Ukraine and NATO to solve. Moreover, he supports the independence of Donetsk and Lugansk.

Personality and Behaviour

Brazilian Liberalism acts and behaves like his founder, Killer Kitty. He has a random and edgy sense of humor, however, he can be mature when it's needed.

  • Neoliberalism - Neoliberalism is my favorite economic policy, but I understand the impacts of Neoliberalism on inequality and the environment.
  • Cardosoism - You modernized Brazil and if it wasn't for you, we wouldn't be as powerful as we are currently. But you were kind of corrupt.
  • Blairism - The New Labour policies were uber based. You only aren't on the "gem" tier due to the Iraq War, corruption and mass immigration.
  • Democracy, Liberalism and Capitalism - You all have your flaws. Democracy is too kakistocratic, Liberalism is too woke and Capitalism is too plutocratic and so on. But it's not like the other options are viable anyway.
  • Vucicism - Kill Kosovars. Behead Kosovars. Roundhouse kick a Kosovar into the concrete. Slam dunk a Kosovar into the trashcan. Crucify filthy Kosovars. Defecate in a Kosovar's food. Launch Kosovars into the sun. Stir fry Kosovars in a wok. Toss Kosovars into active volcanoes. Judo throw Kosovars into a wood chipper. Twist Kosovars heads off. Report Kosovars to Slobodan Milosevic. Karate chop Kosovars in half. Crush Kosovars in the trash compactor. Exterminate Kosovars in the gas chamber. Cremate Kosovars in the oven. Lobotomize Kosovars. Vaporize Kosovars with a Raygun. Kick old Kosovars down the stairs. Feed Kosovars to alligators. Slice Kosovars with a katana.
  • Fatahism - You are the only sane side in the damn war.
  • Black Nationalism - The Black Panthers were based, and the black race are the original race and birthed every other race. But I don't think anti-white racism is okay and you kind of destroyed South Africa and Zimbabwe. It was already destroyed but who cares?
  • Interculturalism - I support coexistence between different cultures, but Interculturalism only works in new world countries like Brazil, United States, Australia, New Zealand and what not. But only if assimilation is included of course.

Iron

  • Lulism - You are doing wonders for our economy and you drastically reduced inequality, very based things. However, you are very corrupt, and fuck socialism.
  • Fiscal Conservatism - The deficit should be extremelly reduced, I agree, though you needs to stop cutting social services.
  • Anti-Authoritarianism - You have good intentions and we both want to throw every commie from the chopper and every fascist from the pit, but you also opposes progress in regimes such as Estado Novo, Singapura, Rwanda and what not.
  • Liberal Conservatism - You seems good in theory, but many of your supporters are awful.
  • Neoconservatism - Just don't start any forever war whatsoever.
  • Fourth Theory - Same as above.
  • Dengism - Thanks for all the investments, but please improve your workers' rights and don't attack Taiwan. I was a huge Zuobian before though. The Uyghur Genocide is fake howeverbeit.

Rust

  • Socialism of the 21st Century - You did alright in Brazil before 2011, and your Argentine (pre-2008) and Uruguayan variants did well. But time moves on, and you should realize that we should stick to modern ideas rather than the old same old. And you stole Petrobras from us, which is coal.
  • Classical Liberalism - You were necessary to bring us to modern times, but now you are pratically useless.
  • Democratic Socialism and Market Socialism - You are fine, but socialism is not the answer. But if capitalism can't be fixed I'll stick to you.
  • Pink Capitalism - How is "Woke 3: Live Action [ALL THE CHARACTERS ARE MINORITIES] going financially? I bet it's doing good.
  • Zionism - #FREEPALESTINE
  • Socialism - You can have empathy with the poor without confiscating a business owned by hard-working families and starving millions of people.
  • Austrian School - You can support hard-working families without blowing billionaire's dicks.

Coal

Brimstone

  • De Francism - Cultural Marxist. You got what you deserved for invading us.
  • Nazism - Terrible.
  • Alt-Right - >My skin color makes me superi-ACK!

Based

  • ActualCaesar - Gemmy in almost everything. I am not a big fan of political catholicism and ultranationalism, but the rest, well it's based.
  • DECBism - Pretty basic, but it's better than being a dogmatic piece of shit.

Gay

  • Great British New Left - First of all, we disagree a lot on how the economy should operate - even if we both want the final outcome of helping the poor -, but you're acceptable for a socialist since you have a pragmatic outlook on economics. Secondly, we have similar views on the so-called "culture war", why should I care about a cartoon having a transgender character if there are people starving? Thirdly, your foreign policy is a bit based because you don't want United Kingdom to become a western/eastern puppet, but I would prefer to collaborate with both worlds. Fourthly, our notions of "liberal democracy" are different - your views are valid since most of the time of liberal democracy it has been dominated by bourgeoise with no regards to other systems, but I still believe it can be fixed. And lastly, while not being a master of culture, I still believe it's important for our lives and should change gradually according to the current time, and I don't think it's ideal for the state to interfere with culture that way.
  • Radical Frisianism - I think what we have more in common is Progressive Conservatism, because otherwise, nothing else. Libertarian Socialism is especially pretty awful.

Cringe

  • Rykszon Thought - Socialism, Fascism, Christophobia, Mosleyism - all awful. Though you're okay as a person and we both hate Luis.
  • Calmism - Theocracy? Socialism? Anti-Liberalism? How coal a person can be?
  • Meowxism - Unironic cultural marxist. Terrible.
  • N.Brioism - Communism but... More genocidal? Can someone throw this ideology from the chopper please?
  • Venatrixism - Neoreactionaryism is just plain utopian. A reactionary society means something prior to 1800's, and so there will be no capitalism nor liberty (since these are liberal concepts) and I dislike the rest of your philosophy a lot.
  • link:User:SocialistWorldRepublicSocialist World Republic(//) - Communism, authoritarianism, support for Pol Pot, homophobia, transphobia, fourth theory... The only similarity between us is our country.
  • Argentine Theory - As JoeyFloppa said. "My mirror opposite... so horribly unbased."

Notes

  1. Even if I am not aligned with the Western World and wants to trade with both the political blocs (Western & Eastern Worlds), I stil believe Brazil should have a (mildly) interventionist policy in South America, by helping governments such as Paraguay and Colombia to crush far-left terrorists.
  2. I still hate Xenogenders and SJWs. TXD. TWD.
