Brazilian Liberalism is the beliefs of Killer Kitty/Gato Matador. Nothing else, just imagine what if Anthony Blair was a nationalist.

Opnions on few things

• Economics: Currently my homeland, Brazil, proves why excessive regulations sucks. Licenses everywhere, and laws that restrict business freedom needs to go.
• Privatization x Nationalization: They can be good or bad depending on what is being privatized/nationalized. Natural resources should be made state property, like essential services as healthcare and education. On the other hand, some services being handled by the government proved "innefective" in my opnion, and should be privatized.
• Welfare: History proves that a large welfare state is the ideal. More so, I propose many laws that would give rights to the workers, like decreasing the working hours, undo the brazilian pension and labour reform of Temer's government,
• Taxes: ...But how we would fund it? Simply. I propose a medium-tax rate, which the rich only pays the necessary in taxes. I supports these types of taxes:
• *Income tax (15%-26%) - raising income taxes would reduce the income gap and inequality, but it doesn't needs to be sooo high. This seems an acceptable position.
• *Inheritance tax (0.5%-2%) - inheritance is a right, but compensating society is still important.
• *Corporate tax (4%-7%) - tax heavens for corporations could help the economy, simple as.
  • Land-value tax (26%-46%) - many landlords doesn't use their land to increase productivity and compensate society, but instead use them for their own personal gain. A land-value tax would help to decrease it's effects.
  • Pigouvian tax (31%-50%) - a Pigouvian tax could decrease the chances of an economic crisis, since it would tax business who aren't generating benefits to the free market, but instead, only harming it.
• *Pollution tax (4%-9%) - in times of pollution like today, we should do everything we could to stop pollution.
• *Car tax (6%-9%) - it's an acceptable tax rate, since it would decrease the prices of personal cars, but still would be fair to society as whole.
• *Property tax (3%-8%) - likely the same as land-value.
• *Comsuption tax (0.7%-2.5%) - consumerism, while good in my views, shouldn't be excessive. A comsuption tax could help to stop overconsumerism.
• Trade: A problem Brazil faces today is the deeindustrialization, and many of our politicians have ignored this problem for too long. I propose using 1/4 from the proposed corporate tax to fund emerging industries, and subzidies to help them export their products to another countries. It's called Neomercantillism, and it helped Japan, China, USA, Mexico and many others to help to expand their own industries, while not resorting to tariffs and protectionism, as in my opnion, they raise the prices of everything. I got this idea from CyberKlev.
• Culture: Culture is by far something I can agree about it's importance. A nation is nothing without it's own culture, see what happened to Sweden and France after they began to remove their own culture. They are nothing. The Brazilian culture should be praised by the younger generations. I totally don't looks like a fascist.
• Gender: A nation without gender equality doesn't seems that fair, men and womens are different in their own ways, but at the end they deserve a bit of equality, goddamit! But I doens't like fourth-wave Feminism, as they promote diversity in the gender equal west when currently there are nations like Pakistan around. Feminism makes more sense if applied in countries like Brazil, where wife-beating is still common in devasted areas, sadly. Policies I propose to reduce the gender gap in Brazil includes starting woman-quotas in the justice system, to equalize the number of mans and womans there.
• Sexuality: It has been proved that homosexuality, bisexuality and transexuality are as valid as heterosexuality, as stripping people from their rights because of it's sexual prefference is something we should get behind. I am also sympathetic to the Truscum movement, since I believe many people have adhered to the Transexual movement without even having dysphoria, making them not real transexuals.
• Race/Ethnicity: There's no need to discriminate against someone for his race/ethnicity because discriminating someone for his home country is better . Now seriously, the idea of white supremacy and ethnonationalism are pretty backward and stupid. That's everything I wanted to say.
• Religion: I consider myself an irreligious catholic (God exists, but not really fond in religion). Generally secularism has done more good than bad, if you see all the countries who still adopts theocracy are extremely backward and not advanced, unlike the secular ones.
• Drugs: Even if I personally consider myself anti-drugs, I am still a pragmatist. Soft drugs should be legalized, like weed and some weak hallucinogens will be legalized under my system, while other hardcore drugs will be decriminalized (use is legal, but restricted and illegal to sell, especially if sold to minors).
• Environmentalism: The environment is very important to all of us (humans). The planet is dying, and I propose few policies to reduce the effects of the global warming:
  • Create pollution taxes to reduce polluting industries, as they would cost higher to the people and the business.
  • Ban plastic bags, and replace it with something less biodegradable.
  • Subzidies and makes tax cuts for green energy, like Nuclear energy instead of Coal energy, and peacefully transitions from Gas to Ethanol.
  • Taxes deforestation, using the pollution tax funds to fund subzidies to green energy.
  • Mandates recycling.
  • Start depollution campaigns across polluted areas.
• Nation: The Brazilian nation as I stated in the "culture section", is one of the most important things for my ideology. I generally takes a civic approach to nation, stating that everyone who has born in Brazil is Brazilian. But culture is also very important, and I also consider myself a cultural nationalist, since you can't be a nationalist without liking your own national culture.
• Authoritarianism: A leader can't govern if there's problems around his back. I propose a form of "Authoritarian Democracy", which the presidential power is expanded to better manage the nation, some proposals I include for this plan include:
  • Increase police power.
  • Install security cameras in areas with higher crimes.
  • Decrease the power of the parliament and congress.
• States' Rights: A giant nation like Brazil can't prosper if the federal government still gives restrictions about which laws the states can passes or not, and so on. The states ideally should have way more autonomy, like United States and Canada, I call this "Brazilian Model".
• Technocracy: I propose creating a constitutional amendment banning the president from appointing people based on political affiliation, instead, he would appoint those who are "most fit". E.G: only academics can join the Ministry of Education, and only military generals can be appointed to the Ministry of Defense.
• Kritarchy: I believe the judiciary system should have more power. One of my proposals would be "regional supreme courts" to every state: there would be three juries appointed by the governor, with the power being divided equally, they would legislate which decisions of the Supreme Court would be applied to the state. Increasing state autonomy in the process.
• Death Penalty: Death Penalty should be used against heinous criminals. These crimes will get you executed in my system:
  • Murder
  • Rape
  • Sexual abuse of minors
  • Treason
  • Terrorism
  • Espionage
  • Insurrection
  • Coup attempt
  • Torture
  • Genocide
  • Crimes against the state in general
• Foreign Policy: I am generally very pragmatic and mostly neutral. I can easily cooperate with the Western World and the Eastern World without problems or difficulties. I adopt an imperialist position, and believes the divide of world between great empires is returning, there's USA, Russia, China, India, Israel, Iran, France, Saudi Arabia and Germany, all imperialist countries. But what's about Brazil? Simply, Brazil will become the 10th Empire of the new multipolar world, spreading his influence through Latin America and Africa.
• Russia and Ukraine: Putin was wrong in invading a neutral nation, and stealing it's territories. But I don't really like Ukraine either, as there's enough proof they have commited a genocide against ethnic russians living in Donbass, where people want to become an independent nation. The Ukrainian people are the only good side in this war.
• China and Taiwan: 台湾是一个叛逆的中国省份，受到虚假政府的统治，中国必须再次吞并台湾，但要和平地避免第三次世界大战。Simple as.
• Israel: I am a proud zionist, since Israel originally wanted to be in peace with Palestine and other Arab countries, but their rogue neighbours forced Israel to militarize and become the "aPaRtHeId" it is today. Since Palestine is currently being governed by HAMAS.
• Venezuela: Maduro's government must be toppled, a plan I propose is began a secret operation called "Operação Caracas" or "Operation Caracas": the plan would include creating a secret arms deal with the government opposition and bribing Maduro's inner cicle and turn most Venezuelan military generals stage a coup d'etat against Maduro.
• Far-Left Terrorism: In South America, there's two left-wing terrorist groups, one is EPP in Paraguay, and the other is some FARCS dissidents in Colombia. They have attacked Brazilian inhabitants in tehse countries way too often, and therefore, Brazil must send some of their most well-trained soldiers in these countries to destroy these two organizations.

Another thing I could disagree could be globalism; as much as i support loosen immigration laws and internationalism, a nationhood is still necessary to make humanity thrive and prosper. Centralism is awful. Have you seen any large independence movements in nations that adopts federalism currently? All the biggest separatist movements are in unitarist countries, such as UK, Spain and China. While separatist movements in federal countries like USA are all pretty small and without recognition. Ultraprogressivism is shit. Every country who adopted a social system without any form of tradition fallen to ruins (China and Mexico are examples), and only survived because of cultural conservatism. Proving that ultraprogressivism is shit. And finally ruralism; rural societies only worked in the past, and every current ruralist country is in poverty.
