De Leonism is associated with socialist and Marxist principles, advocating for the transition to a classless society. In this system, the head of the state and government is typically referred to as the "Industrial Congress."


In this transformative vision, workers take charge of their destinies through a democratic process. At the core, there exists a meticulously structured system where workers in individual workplaces democratically elect representatives forming industrial shop organizations. These industrious representatives, driven by the collective will of the workforce, then come together to form industrial unions. These unions, embodying the essence of solidarity, further extend their influence by uniting at regional levels, creating powerful associations of unions.
The Industrial Congress serves as the highest governing body in my government, representing the interests of the working class. This body is responsible for making decisions on economic, social, and political matters. Members of the Industrial Congress are elected by workers and are held accountable to their constituents.


Crucially, these industrial unions shoulder the responsibility of not only representing the workers but also of orchestrating the harmonious coordination of all industries.
