The only thing I find a bit strange is the mix of eugenics and welfarism. As Nick Land writes in The Dark Enlightenment: “Behavioral reality knows only one iron law: Whatever is subsidized is promoted”. (P.S. I recommend that text, I think you'd find it interesting.)
