Stalin was a true Marxist and committed revolutionary, but he wasn’t without his criticisms. In the anime, BNA: Brand New Animal, there exists a species closely related to yet unique to humans that diverged from their common ancestor 2 million years ago which can shapeshift into their anthropomorphic counterparts known as the "beastman". The beastman can transform into their anthropomorphic counterparts freely and whenever they feel like it. The main character, Michiru Kagemori, alongside her friend Nazuna Hiwatishi, suffered a bike-related accident and went to the hospital together to receive a blood tranfusion. The blood in question turned out to contain beastman DNA (otherwise known as BDA). As a result they became beastmen: the former a tanuki, and the latter a fox. Michiru, however, didn't like what she became as a result of whatever happened to her when she shapeshifted into her anthropomorphic counterpart of that of a tanuki for the first in the first episode. At first, she wanted to revert back to human, but by the end of the series would come in terms with what she has become, and embraced her new lifestyle.

Pornography is a bourgeois, and ultimately patriarchal institution designed to satisfy capital relations and to particularly exploit not only women, but also gay men, trans people, POCs, etc. There is nothing liberating about selling your own body to such institution that is characteristic of what maintains the economic base along its superstructure. Pornography and prostitution are ultimately commodifications of the otherwise historically left-wing and radical free love movement, to maintain the current state of things and to maintain capitalist relations and related institutions such as marriage or slavery.

In addition, sex workers and prostitutes are to be clearly considered to be part of that of the lumpenproletariat class, not the proletariat.

The State and the Dictatorship of the Proletariat

The state be functioned in an authoritarian, if not totalitarian manner to that of the Leninist theories of a dominant revolutionary vanguard party, with the leaders representing the educated proletariat; and democratic centralism.

On the topic of parties there can only exist one party that controls the state.

Meowxism thinks that a strong state should exist to violently purge the oppressors. The "dictatorship" part of DotP should be taken literally. The notion of liberty and freedom, in the liberal sense, is a very utopian belief that is impossible to guarantee or achieve during the stage of the DotP, as oppressors and other similar enemies of the state are also guaranteed these freedoms. This is also the criticism of the bourgeois ideology that is (liberal) humanism: the belief that abstract "rights" are the very essence of what is called "humanity". This is clearly idealistic and has zero basis in the material liberation of the oppressed class.

If the past must be erased and should the DotP be successful in transition to socialism, the state must be strong and robust.

Freedom to Criticize

Despite the strong authoritarian tendencies, it is important to note, however, that a forum for free speech and criticism of the state is welcome and indeed upheld, as a state going in the socialist state clearly cannot survive without building and learning from its flaws. No one's or nothing's perfect, hence I support free speech in the sense that people within the party can freely discuss the problems of the current state of things together, and as a result, come to a consensus with the head of state. Without such would the state resort to activity that is far from revolutionary or heading in the socialist direction.

Critique of Stalin: Where Did He Go Wrong?

Stalin was a true Marxist and committed revolutionary, but he wasn’t without his criticisms. During his last years as leader of the USSR, he proposed, in his book "Economic Problems of the Soviet Union", that commodity production can in fact coexist within a socialist society, hence the concept of "socialist commodity production". This is among some of the gravest errors and mistakes Stalin has made throughout his political career, and it is one that many MLs should be critical of. It has been made very clear in many of Marx's texts that socialism realizes the abolition of commodity production; and should be synonymous with the "lower phase" of communism.

Another common criticism of Stalin was his theory of a "people's front/democracy". While such pragmatic approaches are good when it comes to dire situations in the temporary run, at least in theory that is, WIP

In the anime, BNA: Brand New Animal, there exists a species closely related to yet unique to humans that diverged from their common ancestor 2 million years ago which can shapeshift into their anthropomorphic counterparts known as the "beastman". The beastman can transform into their anthropomorphic counterparts freely and whenever they feel like it. The main character, Michiru Kagemori, alongside her friend Nazuna Hiwatishi, suffered a bike-related accident and went to the hospital together to receive a blood tranfusion. The blood in question turned out to contain beastman DNA (otherwise known as BDA). As a result they became beastmen: the former a tanuki, and the latter a fox. Michiru, however, didn't like what she became as a result of whatever happened to her when she shapeshifted into her anthropomorphic counterpart of that of a tanuki for the first in the first episode. At first, she wanted to revert back to human, but by the end of the series would come in terms with what she has become, and embraced her new lifestyle.

That being said, what I do advocate for is the option to radically modify/trasnform the genetic makeup of man by offering the choice to become an (anthropomorphic) animal or something adjacent to that of the beastmen discussed earlier. In other words, I advocate for the development of such technology and the choice of man to radically transform/modify their genetic makeup to become something that is beyond the capabilities of the regular, traditional man.

Venatrixism - I'm still trying to read more into Nietzsche and accelerationist theory, both of which seem very interesting; and I haven't read Bataille yet so I can't comment on that part for the time being (though the least I can say is that he and some of his theories seem very interesting). I've also completely denounced the individualist-collectivist dichotomy long back since I've been reading more and trying to understand things better, as well as the revelations of what individualism from a communist perspective would entail. However, the reason why I still don't fully like you is your anti-auth tendencies as well as the councilcomism; which while I do agree totally with the idea of worker's councils, that is, at least at a local level (e.g., subdivisions or cities), I still believe in a centralized, strongly authoritarian apparatus that will violently purge any remaining hints/remnants of the old system and the classes associated with it. The collaboration of the peasantry wasn't really announcing a victory over capitalism, as it was more a pragmatic means to an end. I haven't read about Lenin knowing his supposed "grave mistakes" that would include that in his last days, but I'd love to read into that. With that said, I don't think the failure of Marxist projects necessarily confirms the defeat of histmat.

      • - I never really claimed historical materialism failed becaus of russia's failure, I claimed it showed the decay of communism. historical materialism failed after ww1. The last of the communist movements, the wave of the red flag was powerful before the bourgeoisie. Then it went nowhere why? Capital left the fixed ideas of the bourgeoisie(still stuck in a sort of conservatism of the old days of capitalism) once it did that.(which was shown after the many movements that's co-exist with each other that for the longest time was called "socialism". like with the social democrats and such movements, and with the growing nrx movement.). Capitalism is left in growth; they defeated what was once their captor that kept them in the gold standard. This is what debord failed to realize, he was stuck in the Marxist training of this could never happen and on this rock it never will. But it more than shows itself to be no longer the case. The crises of today lead to nowhere and that is for a reason.

    • Meowxism - honestly kim il sung wasnt a bad guy and originally i dont think he even advocated for chauvinism and/or ultranationalism (contrary to whatever the PCB article on juche said before it got edited to be a bit more accurate). he still emphasized proletarian internationalism (i.e., international solidarity with other oppressed/third world nations) but he subscribed to stalin's socialism-in-one-country theory as a means of protecting korea from western invaders. but to be fair his system degenerated into reactionary chauvinism and it especially got much worse since kim jong il took power. this is kinda why i dont like the hereditary leadership aspect of juche. it's also kinda similar to that of monarchism in a way, and i obviously do not like monarchism. i still think some of the things ppl hear abt the dprk are exaggerated and/or false, but i really dont like how the dprk turned out even if kim il sung didnt have bad intentions. i also think the reason why the dprk's economy is so fucked is because of the heavy inhumane sanctions placed on them by more developed countries and because of the collapse of the soviet union, which i believe was one of the dprk's major trading partners?? also, it can also be due to the fact that kim jong-il was very incompetent with dealing with economy during his rule, much like maduro is and how he caused inflation and worsened the living standards lmao. same can apply to the next kim (i.e. kim jong-un).
