Ledesma is much better in this case, as he openly embraced fascism, the Hegelian conception of the state over the Catholic conception of the state, and favoured a totalitarian government, one that disregards the idea of the individual, unlike Primo de Rivera. The whole "Cosmic race" thing is also very foul.
